Terms and Conditions

All our arrangements & Bouquets are designed and created by Charlie and his team of Florists.

We will ensure your flowers are made with love and delivered in a safe and timely manner.

All Images of our flowers are made in particular seasons. If a certain flower/s are not in season we will substitute with a flower that are most suitable.

If you would like a certain arrangement made in a different vase / Bowl please call or email.

All bouquets are wrapped in White embossed paper and ribbons attached.

A Charlie & Co white gift tag in envelope is included with every order.

If a Plant, chocolates, Wine or candles are ordered - they will be delivered wrapped in paper and a ribbon attached - a suitable white Box will be added if multiple gifts are ordered.

Delivery

Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered same day.

If you would like a delivery made by a certain time - please call with your requirements.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly - if any additional Instructions is needed please include these in additional Information section at checkout.

If a delivery cant be made for any reason - the sender will be called and your flowers will be returned to the shop until further Instructions are given. If re-delivery is required - an additional delivery fee will be charged.

Pick up

If you would like to collect your flowers from the store - please select the Pick up Option and advise on the time you would like to collect.
